Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping.
We only ship to verified PayPal or Credit Card addresses. Please make sure your PayPal address is verified before sending payment. We cannot change any address after checkout has been completed. Please make sure you submit your correct address!
All items will be sent as soon as the money is received and cleared. They will be safely packaged and will withstand any problems that may arise during transit.
We ship regularly via FedEx Ground. International orders are shipped via USPS. Requests for other methods can not be accepted.

Any free shipping offers indicated on VXTuning.com include no-charge ground shipping to customers in the lower 48 states. Standard shipping rates will apply to all other customers. We are not responsible for service transit time once the item is shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International customer are responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and duties – which may be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local shipping agent to determine your estimated taxes and duties. We can not lower the value of any invoice, because it is illegal and shipping insurance is not covered for the full amount.
International Shipping rates do not include insurance costs, If you wish to add insurance to a package please let us know when you inquire about a shipping quote. Items shipped without insurance, will not be covered by VX Tuning nor take any responsibility for it. In case item is lost or damaged, buyer will need to contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
International orders may take up between 10-15 business days via USPS First Class mail, and 6-10 via USPS Priority Mail.

We are not responsible for falsely ordered items. Buyer is responsible to make sure the item is correct one for its application. If you have any doubts, please search the forums for your particular vehicle and learn about the part first. Due to numerous options and custom setups, we cannot provide 100% background and fitment for every vehicle ever made.
You may return any new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund minus the restocking fee and shipping costs.

Any domestic orders that are returned to VX Tuning as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including a 15% restocking fee. Any international orders that are refused or returned to VX Tuning may be subject to additional charges for shipping, handling, duties, fees and taxes. All international returns must be shipped with duties, fees, and taxes prepaid by the sender. VX Tuning reserves the right to refuse delivery of packages that require payment of duties, fees, and taxes that have not been prepaid by the sender.
Returned items must not have any signs of use (incl. installation), abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Returned merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender’s cost.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, and return costs are not refundable.
If you’ve received a damaged and/ or missing item, you MUST contact us within 5 business days to initiate a damaged package claim. It is required that you keep all of the packaging material, box(es) and broken items until the shipping carrier completes the investigation. If you fail to report damaged and/or missing items in your shipment within 5 business days of receiving the package, replacement items will not be shipped out under any circumstances.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or manufacturer defect item , etc.).
If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us right away so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you have originally selected. Replacement parts will not be sent until the shipping carrier terminates the tracer request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped. UPS typically requires up to eight business days from the time the claim is started. USPS can require from five to ninety business days, depending on your country’s time requirement that has been set forth. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of VX Tuning.
VX Tuning does not guarantee that any packages will be credited by the shipping carrier until this process is complete.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of return shipment. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We charge a restocking fee of 20% on all orders that are refunded or any deposits made, no exceptions.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us at sales@VXTuning.com within 5 days of delivery. No exceptions. We cannot accept any return without permission.
